SINGAPORE, Aug. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rectitude Holdings Ltd (Nasdaq: RECT; “the Company” or “Rectitude”), a Singapore-based provider of safety equipment and related industrial products, today declared a cash dividend of US$0.10 per ordinary share, representing an aggregate distribution of US$1,548,275 across 15,482,750 Ordinary Shares outstanding. The dividend will be payable on September 21, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 7, 2026.

Rectitude secures additional orders to supply its SuperSun AIMS solution to multiple marquee developments across Singapore. The procurement wins include a multi-site blanket order for high-profile public housing, private residential, and healthcare infrastructure projects.

Rectitude scales operations and expands its logistics fleet to meet heightened demand for industrial safety commodities and construction products. Driven by a robust pipeline of public infrastructure projects, the Company's imports of materials and goods soared 32% from January to April 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.

Rectitude provides a strategic update on its “Central Business Platform,” now renamed the Rectitude Succession Bridge (RSB). The collaboration with INOS and G & L expands Rectitude's product portfolio, distribution channels, and customer base, expecting to generate additional revenue streams.
