How long is the free trial?
New members are able to join and receive an automatic 7 day trial as part of their new membership.
Will I be billed once my trial ends?
Yes, you will be automatically billed once your trial ends and at each renewal period. All of our memberships auto-renew.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept Paypal.
Can I cancel anytime and get a refund?
You can cancel or pause your Tiblio membership at any time, and receive a refund if you cancel within your first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made.
Can I use Tiblio outside of the United States?
Tiblio's services are for trading the US financial markets. As long as you have a brokerage account providing access to US markets, then you can use our data.
Do I need a membership to join Telegram?
No, anyone can join the Telegram server.
