Do you offer a free trial?

When am I billed and how does the cycle work?

After the 7-day trial, your card is charged on the day you upgrade and on the same date each month (or each year for annual plans). You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the billing page in your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — there is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move between monthly and annual at any time from the billing page. Annual subscribers get roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If something is broken on our end, contact support and we will make it right.

Do I need a broker account to subscribe?

Accepted Answer

No — the HV Screener, watchlist, Atlas backtests, and educational tools all work without a broker connection. Connecting Schwab, Tradier, TradeStation, tastytrade, or Alpaca is optional and unlocks intraday quotes, your live positions, and the Option Bot.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles the entire payment flow.

Question 8

Will I get an invoice for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stripe issues a receipt for every charge and you can download invoices from the billing page in your account. You can also add a business name and tax ID to your invoices.

Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

Accepted Answer

Stripe automatically calculates and applies sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing address where required by law. The amount is shown before checkout and itemized on every receipt.

Question 10

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your account, watchlist, journal entries, and broker connections are retained so you can resume where you left off if you re-subscribe later. You can also request full account deletion from your settings at any time.
