(Nasdaq: WSTN, WSTNR, WSTNU) (“Westin”), a Cayman Islands exempted company and special purpose acquisition company, and First Choice Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”), pursuant to which, immediately prior to the closing of the proposed business combination, Westin will domesticate from the Cayman Islands to the State of Nevada and continue as Wellgevity 360, Inc.
