WINCHESTER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Winchester Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ-WSBK) (the "Company"), the holding company for Winchester Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today announced its third quarter 2026 financial results. The Company reported net income of $1.1 million or $0.13 per common share compared to net income of $305,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, an increase of $840,000, or 275.4%, in net income. For the nine months ended March 31, 2026, the Company reported net income of $3.2 million.
