This dividend will be payable June 19, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 5, 2026. In addition, the board of directors extended the current Share Repurchase Program to August 31, 2028, and increased the number of shares of its common stock the company is authorized to purchase under the Share Repurchase Program to 2 million shares. The previous authorization allowed for the purchase of 1 million shares.
