(Nasdaq - SGA) (the “Company” or “Saga”) today reported that net revenue decreased 6.5% to $26.4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 compared to $28.2 million for the same period last year. Station operating expense increased 5.4% for the quarter to $23.4 million compared to the same period last year, or 3.9% excluding the non-cash rent expense disclosed below. For the quarter, we had operating income of $623 thousand compared to $1.4 million for the same quarter last year and station operating income (a non-GAAP financial measure) decreased 50.6% to $3.0 million. Capital expenditures totaled $1.3 million for the quarter which was comparable to the same period last year.
