Ferrari (NYSE:RACE) is likely to face continued valuation pressure as softer shipment expectations and ongoing earnings downgrades weigh on investor sentiment, Jefferies said on Wednesday. “We trim our 2026 estimates to better reflect RACE's sustained rate of new model ramp ups next year, which will likely mean reduced shipments in the quarters ahead and greater margin dilution from growing D&A,” analysts wrote.

Ferrari Jumps - Still A Buy Until The Market Does The Math
RACE
Published: November 04, 2025 by: Seeking Alpha
Sentiment: Positive

Ferrari's recent selloff has created a clear short‑term dislocation — a window where sentiment, not fundamentals, sets the price. Strong backlog, pricing power, and an active buyback program mean the company's cash flow and margin story remain intact, making today's levels unusually attractive for long‑term investors. The Q3 2025 Earnings Report confirmed that the story around Ferrari is intact.

Ferrari: Your Fear Is My Profit (Rating Upgrade)
RACE
Published: October 10, 2025 by: Seeking Alpha
Sentiment: Positive

Ferrari's new 2030 targets are conservative, implying only ~5% annual revenue growth to €9B, but management has a six-year record of beating guidance, suggesting these are floors, not ceilings. The company's value creation comes from scarcity, pricing power, and personalization, not volume expansion. Shipments were nearly flat in 2024, yet EBITDA rose by double digits, proving margin-led compounding strength. After a 16% pullback, the stock trades around 39× forward earnings. A reversion to 40–42× on stable fundamentals supports a $500–520 target, offering ~25% upside within nine months.

Ferrari stock plunged after its Capital Markets Day, but I view this as a rare buying opportunity for a highly predictable luxury brand. Financially, Ferrari exceeded 2026 targets early, raised 2025 guidance, and set ambitious 2030 goals: €9B revenue, over 40% EBITDA margin, and increased shareholder returns.
