(Nasdaq: OHAC) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 16,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “OHACU” beginning May 21, 2026.
