(NASDAQ: FSBW) (the “Company”), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the “Bank”) today reported 2026 second quarter net income of $7.9 million, or $1.04 per diluted share, compared to $7.8 million, or $1.02 per diluted share, for the prior quarter, and $7.7 million, or $0.99 per diluted share, for the comparable quarter one year ago. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net income was $15.8 million, or $2.07 per diluted share, compared to net income of $15.7 million, or $1.99 per diluted share, for the comparable six-month period in 2025.
