RIDGEFIELD, Conn., Aug. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. The Company's redemption right in respect of the Notes arises pursuant to Section 4.03(B) of the Indenture, dated as of December 13, 2022 (the “Indenture”), between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the “Trustee”), as a result of the last reported sale price per share of the Company's common stock having exceeded 130% of the conversion price on each of at least 20 trading days (whether or not consecutive) during the 30 consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the trading day immediately before the Redemption Notice Date and the trading day immediately before the Redemption Notice Date.

CHEF's Q2 margin gains drove profit growth well ahead of sales, while higher EBITDA guidance raises the bar amid ongoing Middle East uncertainty.

CHEF pairs double-digit organic growth and faster profit expansion with improving financial flexibility, but its premium valuation leaves little room for missteps.

CHEF's 10.7% monthly gain is backed by earnings growth, organic volume gains and wider margins, but its premium valuation raises execution stakes.

Many investors know the JPMorgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Income ETF (JEPQ) for its options strategy. However, its underlying performance relies heavily on an engine that gets far less spotlight.

Chefs' Warehouse (CHEF) is well positioned to outperform the market, as it exhibits above-average growth in financials.
