This per share amount reflects a 23.5% increase, or $0.08, over the $0.34 cash dividend paid in the third quarter of 2025. On a year-to-date basis, upon payment of this dividend, ACNB Corporation will have paid, inclusive of the $0.50 special dividend paid in the prior quarter, $1.72 per share in dividends through the third quarter of 2026, compared to $1.00 per share paid over the same period in 2025, an increase of 72%.
