Berkshire's latest portfolio moves signal a bigger bet on Alphabet and housing stocks. Here are the ETFs that offer exposure to its top buys.

US Treasury yields pushed into territory unseen since before the financial crisis on Tuesday, putting a spotlight on stocks exposed to housing and expensive long-duration growth. The 30-year Treasury yield climbed to 5.327%, its highest since 2007, while the 10-year reached 4.739%.

When Treasury prices drop, yields move higher. When that happens, mortgage rates go up, and so does the cost of buying a home.

Berkshire Hathaway has upped its bet on the U.S. housing market, and also boosted its stakes in Alphabet and Delta Air Lines.

US stock markets are standing at a crucial inflection point as investors brace for the release of the July Consumer Price Index (CPI) report. Wall Street consensus estimates project headline inflation to cool slightly to 3.4% year-over-year – down from June's 3.5% reading – while core inflation, excluding volatile food and energy costs, is expected to ease to 2.5%.

Elevated mortgage rates and sluggish homebuying trends are likely to keep DHI trading sideways, with it presenting its intermediate-term swing trade potential. The management is also prioritizing capital/gross margin stability over volume growth, with it supporting sustainable homebuilding operations despite top-line headwinds. DHI's stock price underperformance has triggered the moderated P/E of 13.7x, while triggering a rich upside potential to my bull-case LTPT of $192.30.

D.R. Horton is upgraded from sell to hold as execution offsets weak demand and valuation concerns. Orders per community are declining, cancellations are rising, and management has lowered FY2026 guidance, highlighting ongoing demand softness. DHI's inventory management, reduced construction costs, and controlled-lot strategy are mitigating margin and balance sheet risks.

D.R. Horton balances affordability, incentives and inventory discipline to sustain home sales as margin pressure and mortgage-rate uncertainty persist.

D.R. Horton's reasonable valuation and strong cash returns offer support, but lower guidance, margin pressure and softer earnings keep the investment outlook mixed.

Capital markets recently welcomed a severe threat to traditional homebuilding. Boxabl Inc. NASDAQ: BXBL officially listed on the public markets via a special-purpose acquisition company.
