SAN DIMAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American States Water Company (NYSE:AWR) today announced the successful completion of its previously established at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program. No further shares will be sold under this program. The ATM equity offering program, which was originally established on February 27, 2024, allowed AWR to sell shares of its common stock, from time to time at its sole discretion, having an aggregate gross sales price of up to $200 million.
