(the "Company" or "Sunstone") (NYSE: SHO) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the 821-room Hyatt Regency San Francisco (the "Hotel") to funds affiliated with Blackstone Real Estate for a gross sale price of $279 million, or approximately $340,000 per key.

Sunstone Hotel Investors reported a strong Q1 2026, with RevPAR up 14.6% and adjusted FFO up 28.6% year-over-year. Management raised full-year 2026 guidance, now expecting adjusted FFO of $166–180 million and RevPAR growth of 5.0–7.5%.
