Pioneer Acquisition I Corp is a blank check company (SPAC) incorporated in the Cayman Islands, formed to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The company priced its initial public offering on June 17, 2025, raising $220 million by offering 22 million units at $10 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol 'PACHU' on June 18, 2025. Upon separate trading, the Class A shares and warrants will trade under the symbols 'PACH' and 'PACHW' respectively.
