(NYSE: OGE), the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company ("OG&E"), today reported earnings of $0.56 per diluted share during the three months that ended June 30, 2026, compared to $0.53 per diluted share in the second quarter 2025. OG&E, a regulated electric company, contributed earnings of $0.58 per diluted share in the second quarter, compared to earnings of $0.53 per diluted share in the second quarter 2025.
