(the “Company”) (NYSE: ARI) today provided an update on its ongoing liquidation activities, including updates regarding the anticipated timing of delisting from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and the establishment of a liquidating trust for purposes of completing the wind-down process and dissolution of the Company in accordance with the Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution (the “Plan”).
