You can cancel or pause your Tiblio membership at any time, and receive a refund if you cancel within your first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made.

Tiblio's services are for trading the US financial markets. As long as you have a brokerage account providing access to US markets, then you can use our data.

Tiblio's data is independent of brokerage account except for a few features that we offer. Namely, this is the ability to place trades directly from the screeners. This feature is currently only supported through Tradier Brokerage. All other data applies to US markets and can be used to put together trades in any broker providing access to US markets.

Tiblio and Tiblio AI are separate services for now and Tiblio AI does require a separate membership. You can sign up for Tiblio AI over at https://tiblio.ai

Tiblio's option screeners use real-time data from a direct connection to the market database in Chicago which is at most a few milliseconds delayed from market. Once we pull data it takes a few seconds for us to crunch it and deliver it to you through the screeners.

No, anyone can join the Discord server, however, you do need a membership to access specific, member only features available through Discord such as alert notifications.
